Building and sustaining the infrastructure that keeps critical systems alive. Specializing in enterprise Linux environments, middleware operations, and DevOps automation — operating from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Linux SysAdmin & DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in critical enterprise environments. Focused on the intersection of operations, automation, and reliability.
Administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SuSE Linux, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Apache/IHS, NGINX, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Operation and development in Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python.
Immediate on-call response to critical infrastructure failures, production outages, and emergency deployments.
Administration of RHEL and SuSE Linux environments at one of Argentina's largest financial institutions.
This role includes system updates, migrations, and core service operations (FTP, LDAP, DNS, SMB). Administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server and Apache/IHS deployments across development, testing, and production. Operations on Red Hat Satellite for fleet-wide management and vulnerability patching across the Linux estate.
On-call coverage for production incidents and time-critical infrastructure changes. Contribution to automation initiatives, Ansible playbook development, and ongoing security hardening across the Linux fleet.
Operating a personal homelab as a hands-on extension of professional work. Proxmox VE on bare-metal as the virtualization layer, running VMs and containerized services on Docker. Self-managed networking via VLANs, Pi-Hole DNS, and Tailscale VPN, Samba-backed storage for backups and r/datahoarding. Observability through Uptime Kuma, Grafana and Prometheus.
The biggest barrier to growth in an infrastructure role is not having infrastructure to learn and experiment on. A personal homelab solves that. Every new tool, deployment pattern, or failure scenario gets tested here before it touches production. What's learned feeds straight back into the day job.
Open to conversations about infrastructure, DevOps engineering, and interesting problems worth solving.
